Collections & Sales Support

This is a remote position.

•  Pay Rate: Up to $15/hr (based on client + performance)
  
•  Start Date: Classes beginning soon (April openings)
  
•  Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time & Full-Time options available
  
•  Location: U.S. Residents Only (select states may apply)
  

✨Position Overview:

We are currently hiring remote customer service agents to handle collections and sales support calls. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident on the phone, can handle sensitive conversations, and are comfortable offering solutions to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls
  
• Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements
  
• Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism
  
• Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate
  
• Accurately document all call details
  

 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & listening skills
  
• Ability to handle collections conversations professionally
  
• Comfortable with sales and upselling
  
• Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems
  
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  

Equipment Requirements:

• Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks)
  
• Wired USB headset
  
• Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi)
  

 Training Details:

• Paid training available
  
• Must attend all scheduled sessions
  
• Deposit may be required (refundable after first day of class)

• Agents are responsible for their own taxes & equipment
