Futures is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Driver. In this role, you will provide safe, dependable transportation for passengers while delivering excellent customer service. Drivers play a critical part in supporting individuals in our community by ensuring they arrive at their destinations comfortably and on time. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company vans and buses on assigned routes Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles Secure mobility devices and ensure passenger safety during transport Provide courteous, professional, and respectful service Physical Requirements: Ability to independently enter and exit various vans and buses Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly to assist passengers and secure equipment Ability to push and pull individuals in wheelchairs when loading and unloading Ability to routinely lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to assist passengers and their belongings from origin to destination If you are dependable, service-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply and become a valued part of our team!
