Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient pain management practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment, physician mentorship, stable patient volume, and excellent work-life balance within a specialty-focused setting.

The Physician Assistant will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, coordinate care with physicians, and participate in comprehensive treatment planning. This role provides the opportunity to develop expertise in pain management, musculoskeletal medicine, and procedural care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.


• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor therapeutic progress
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans in accordance with state regulations
• Perform injections and approved clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians regarding complex cases and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely electronic medical record documentation




Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification required
• Active Florida Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Pain management, orthopedics, spine, rehabilitation, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred
