About the Role:

MAV Paint Contractors Inc is looking for a skilled Professional Painter to join our growing team in Lake Worth, FL! Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer
Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Interpret work orders and follow project specifications to ensure quality results
Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings before beginning work
Mix, blend, and match paints and finishes to meet project requirements
Perform touch-ups, repairs, and finishing work to meet client expectations
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project

Requirements:

Previous professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and various paint products
Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
