Job DetailsJob Location: Day Supports - Wellington, KS 67152Salary Range: $20.00Are you interested in leading a team to be difference maker in the lives of others? A site supervisor ensures our adult friends and neighbors with developmental disabilities have the support they need to carry out meaningful community lives. Primary responsibilities: Provide management support for a team of direct support professionals Create and/or coordinate both individual and program-wide opportunities Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of publics Effectively communicate and interact with individuals with widely varying communication skills, intellectual and physical challenges, and ethnic and cultural backgrounds Assure overall compliance with regulations, policies & procedures, and standards of performance Address maintenance, safety and resource issues as needed Serve in the emergency on-call rotation Perform DSP assignments when necessary There are management positions everywhere. QualificationsTo be considered, the following education/experience is required: High School diploma or equivalent Six months of work experience providing services to individuals with disabilities in a day environment Six months of work experience in a supervisory and/or management role Starting wage is $20.00 per hour.
