Responsible for the delivery of aggregates to job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer/tanker Communicate daily with dispatch and customers Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned. Qualifications Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.  Employees must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis. Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstance Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes Express oneself clearly and concisely Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work Ability to pass DOT pre-employment Drug screen and background check. Education/Experience One to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Valid State of Texas Commercial Drivers License license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
