What You'll Do: Serve our Neighbors: Communicate with neighbors via chat to assist with a range of inquiries and provide personalized solutions. Use Technology & Resources: Work with computers and a variety of tools to process orders, track neighbor details, and enhance the neighbor’s experience with us. Collaborate for Success: Partner with teammates to solve challenges, improve processes, and ensure every neighbor feels valued and heard throughout their journey.
