Job Title: General Manager – Vibe City Wentzville

Pay: Salary $65k to $75K base pay plus bonus

Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping others? Are you passionate about cannabis? Are you ready to pursue that passion? Vibe Cannabis is opening a new dispensary in Wentzville, and we're looking for a General Manager to lead it from the ground up.

Our team members are passionate about sharing their cannabis knowledge in order to help customers and patients find the best product for their needs. They need to communicate clearly, be able to answer questions, and provide recommendations based on experience. They must be aware of changing State regulations and company SOP's in this highly regulated industry, and ensure all products are accounted for properly.

REQUIREMENTS

ā— Must be at least 21 years old

ā— Able to obtain and maintain a Facility/Dispensary Agent ID from Missouri DHSS-DCR

ā— 3+ years of management experience in retail, convenience, or restaurant operations; experience with budgets and P&Ls is a strong plus

ā— 2+ years of cannabis retail experience required; dispensary management experience strongly preferred

ā— Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a broad and diverse team

ā— Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

ā— Comfortable with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial/Excel reporting

ā— Flexibility in schedule to reflect store hours and business needs

ā— Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ā— Own overall store performance - sales targets, labor costs, shrink, and customer experience

ā— Hire, train, develop, and motivate the team; provide regular performance reviews and address performance issues directly

ā— Lead and promote excellent customer service through coaching, role modeling, and use of customer feedback

ā— Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints

ā— Build and maintain optimal staffing and scheduling, responsive to traffic and business needs, while hitting labor % goals

ā— Ensure full compliance with DHSS-DCR regulations, state law, and company SOPs - including ID verification, patient certification checks, and state portal reporting for medicated sales

ā— Maintain accurate inventory through regular audits and reconciliation

ā— Count cash drawers, finalize daily deposits, and manage cash reconciliation; protect company assets per policy

ā— Prepare the location for and manage state inspections and audits

ā— Communicate regularly with the Director of Retail Operations on store performance, staffing, and compliance status

ā— Complete additional tasks or projects assigned by the Director of Retail Operations
