The Work

You won't be sitting in a facility. You’ll be out in the community, networking, and helping people develop skills that actually matter. You’ll work closely with Work With Purpose to bridge the gap between "pre-vocational training" and actual self-sufficiency.

Administrative Note

Scope of Work: Perform other duties as assigned by Managers or Directors to support the evolving needs of the individuals and the agency.
Operational Flexibility: The expectation to work additional hours beyond your primary schedule, availability between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, to meet the needs of our clients, address emergencies, or ensure operational excellence.

The Gauntlet

Round 1 - Vibe Check: You’ll do a video assessment via Willo so we can see your energy before we meet.
Round 2 - The Profile: We use CliftonStrengths to see how you’re wired. We only put people in positions where they can win. You will do a live interview with our hiring team to review the results.
Round 3 - The Shadow: You’ll join us for a job shadow. You’ll see the high bar we set, and we’ll see if you can clear it.
The Launch: Our 1-60 day training is aggressive. It’s designed to weave you into our culture so that by day 61, you live and breathe Avant values.

High Technical Aptitude: You possess a natural curiosity for software and a "figure-it-out" mentality when navigating new platforms.
Google Workspace Mastery: Preference is given to candidates who are experts in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Admin). You should understand how to leverage these tools for maximum efficiency and real-time collaboration.
Digital Agility: Whether it’s automating a workflow, managing complex file architectures, or troubleshooting your own stack, you stay ahead of the curve.
