What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers and donors
• Operate cash register and process transactions according to company policy
• Open or close the store and complete assigned leadership duties
• Prepare nightly reports and assist with bank deposits as needed
• Support loss prevention and store safety practices
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
• Load and unload merchandise shipments as needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable with leadership potential and accountability
• Basic computer and digital skills
• Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable adapting to change and supporting team success

Work Environment

• Retail setting with climate-controlled environment
• Exposure to dust and donated goods materials
• Occasional outdoor work
• Evening, weekend, and nontraditional retail hours required
• Fast-paced environment with occasional short deadlines
