Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

This is an on-site role located at: 3225 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53227

Who We're Looking For:

• Automotive Technical Knowledge
• No previous experience required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs accurately according to repair orders, manufacturer guidelines, and dealership standards.
• Perform all repairs and services safely, efficiently, and within established quality expectations.
• Road-test vehicles and verify repairs to ensure concerns are fully resolved.
• Document diagnostic findings, repairs completed, test results, and technician time accurately on each repair order.
• Maintain the required personal tools and properly return dealership-owned special tools after use.
• Use shop supplies, parts, and materials responsibly and cost-effectively.
• Keep the service bay, tools, and work area clean, organized, and safe throughout each shift.
• Protect customer vehicles and return them in the same or better condition than received.
• Complete required manufacturer, ASE, dealership, and technical training while maintaining applicable certifications.
• Communicate with team members, follow assigned schedules and workplace standards, and promptly report safety or operational concerns to management.
