**10 Hour Day Shift Opportunity**

**6:30a-4:30p Monday through Thursday**


Do you take pride in precision work and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment? Serigraph is looking for a Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll set up and operate a variety of hand-fed die-cutting presses, ensuring jobs meet exacting quality standards and daily productivity goals.

This position plays a key role in our production process, from performing setup and teardown to conducting preventive maintenance and quality checks. You'll collaborate across shifts, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure our products meet customer expectations—every time.

Die Cutter Operator Responsibilities -
  • Meet predetermined productivity and quality standards.
  • Set up press equipment, including die mounting and register adjustments.
  • Tear down presses after jobs are complete.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks on die-cutting equipment.
  • Communicate with operators across shifts regarding job status, special instructions, or irregularities.
  • Accurately complete labor entries, QA documentation, job tickets, and move tags.
  • Pop out parts from cut sheets as needed.
  • Load or remove sheets from press or hopper.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Support general operations or perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Stop production and inform management when quality concerns arise.


Who We Are Looking for in a Die Cutter Operator -
  • Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
  • Understanding of equipment orientation, control panels, and equipment safety.
  • Ability to interpret and understand job tickets for die-cut operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to enter required information into the ERP system.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
