We're seeking a dedicated Lead Store Sales Associate to support our store management team. This role is vital in maintaining efficient store operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our mission through daily retail operations.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Sales & OperationsÂ
- Support management with product sales and acquisitionÂ
- Implement store opening and closing proceduresÂ
- Handle banking and daily depositsÂ
- Execute strategies to meet product acquisition, production and sales goals  Â
- Manage product rotation process and inventory turnoverÂ
Customer Experience & Store MaintenanceÂ
- Create an enjoyable shopping experience with positive customer service skillsÂ
- Handle customer complaints as neededÂ
- Support store maintenance and appearanceÂ
- Maintain displays and floor layout plansÂ
- Identify ways to improve store appealÂ
Leadership & CommunicationÂ
- Provide direction to staff in absence of managementÂ
- Communicate effectively with store management regarding operationsÂ
- Support implementation of policies and proceduresÂ
- Document and report concerns in behavior or attitudeÂ
- Assist others with basic register problem solvingÂ

QualificationsÂ
Education & ExperienceÂ
- High School Graduate or EquivalentÂ
- Retail experience requiredÂ
Skills & AbilitiesÂ
- Ability to speak, write and understand English for effective communicationÂ
- Basic computer skills including Point of Sales System and payroll programÂ
- Proficient cash handling and accurate change-giving abilitiesÂ
- Strong customer service orientationÂ
CertificationsÂ
- Valid Driver's License and personal transportation for bank runsÂ
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record SearchÂ
 Physical RequirementsÂ
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, handle, feel, hear, and talkÂ
- Frequently required to walk and reach with hands and armsÂ
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouchÂ
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 poundsÂ
