👩‍💼 Junior Recruiter

Location: West Bloomfield, MI (On-site)

🧠 About the Role

DACUT is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment across our retail and cultivation locations. This role will assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple retail and cultivation locations

  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including orientation and paperwork

  • Maintain candidate tracking and update HR systems with hiring activity

  • Support hiring managers in high-volume recruitment initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience

  • Participate in job fairs, social media recruiting, and other talent sourcing strategies

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple locations simultaneously

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused approach
