Stand-Up Forklift Operator

CCG Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a stand-up forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be comfortable safely moving, staging, and putting away materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pull and stage materials as needed for production, shipping, or other warehouse operations.
Load, unload, move, and organize pallets and materials safely and efficiently.
Use a handheld/ RF scanner to scan, locate, move, and track inventory.
Verify materials and quantities when moving or staging product.
Maintain accurate inventory locations and ensure materials are placed in the correct designated areas.
Follow work orders and instructions to ensure materials are available where and when needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Perform routine checks of forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous stand-up forklift experience required.
Experience using a handheld/RF scanner required.
Turret truck experience is a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and handling warehouse materials throughout the shift.
