The Lead will also serve as the head trainer for warehouse operators and must possess complete knowledge of company GDPs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment is required, with a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually.

1st Shift Lead

Reports to: 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Reporting Staff: None

Alternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Clerks

Responsibilities:

Assists the Supervisor in ensuring that all operations are completed in and with a high level of productivity and accuracy
Needs to be versatile to be able to work in the department that needs help the most and to support them
Complete knowledge of company GDPs
Checks inbound/outbound freight for errors, damage, correctness
Assists in arranging product within the warehouse
Expert in RF gun and able to handle the tough situations on the floor
Head trainer to warehouse operators
Advocates for and supports all employees including new employees
Should know all processes on the floor and be able to step in as shipping/receiving clerk
