Hourly Rate:Â $18.00-$22.00
1st Shift  7:00AM-3:30PM    2nd Shift  3:00PM-11:30PM
Responsibilities
- Assembles multi-component parts for precision medical device components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications
- Responsible for executing all stages of the assembly process, including staging, assembly, and final inspection, while supporting production deadlines in a regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements
Must Have Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to error-free work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment
- Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures
- Experience working with high-tolerance or mission critical components
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
