Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Associate Paid Social Specialist supports QVC, and helps execute paid social campaigns across Meta to drive customer engagement and product sales.

In this role, you'll support campaign setup, creative coordination, audience execution, quality assurance, and performance reporting for a high-visibility digital channel. You'll work across paid media, creative, ecommerce, organic social, and brand teams to help bring campaigns to market accurately and on time.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career digital marketer who wants to build hands-on experience in paid social advertising, performance analysis, and cross-functional campaign execution. You'll bring curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving retail environment.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, production schedules, and key dates with creative, copy, design, development, and QA partners
  • Review campaign performance in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Adobe, Tableau, and Excel and share insights to support decision-making
  • Help execute test campaigns, audience targeting, and promotional launches aligned to business priorities
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm campaign accuracy, creative consistency, and brand alignment
  • Partner with Organic Social and Brand teams on company-wide posting initiatives and campaign coordination
  • Create campaign recaps and share results, learnings, and next steps with stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social advertising, ecommerce, or a related field, including internship experience
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with campaign reporting and performance metrics
  • Experience using Excel and data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Clear communication skills to work cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Foundational understanding of digital marketing, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign measurement
  • Ability to review data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly
