CNC Programmer/Machinist

• Responsible for developing CNC programs, defining machining processes, setting up machines, leading machinists
  
• Responsible for driving quality, efficiency and on time production across Mazakand Swiss platforms
  
• Will be responsible for CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
  
• Responsible for blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a production machining environment
  
• 5+ years of programming experience
  
• Strong knowledge of machining methods and tooling
  
• Expert level CNC programming and machining experience
  
• Experience performing First Article Inspections and precision inspection
  
• Experience creating and maintaining setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls
  
• Ability to lead machinists and manufacturing assistants with a cell
  
• Expert machinist can make any part
  

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology or related field
  
• Engineering degree or equivalent hands on experience 
  
• Programming knowledge in CAD/CAM (Mastercam, CamWorks, or SolidWorks CAM)
  
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
  
• Experience supporting new product introductions and process development
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in complex machining environments
  
• PartMaker experience for Swiss concentration
  
• Mazatrol experience for Mazak concentration
