- Apply AI across the SDLC, including:Â
- Requirements and spec-driven developmentÂ
- System and agentic workflow designÂ
- AI-augmented coding and refactoringÂ
- AI-driven testing and defect remediationÂ
- Treat AI as a collaborating system, not a one-off toolÂ
- Evaluate and iterate on AI outputs (e.g., LLM-as-a-Judge)Â
Â
Platform & Production DeliveryÂ
- Build production-ready agent-based solutions with reliability, scalability, and observabilityÂ
- Implement agent-to-agent, agent-to-UI, and human–AI orchestrationÂ
- Contribute to AgentOps, MLOps, and AI governanceÂ
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible AI useÂ
Â
Collaboration & InfluenceÂ
- Clearly communicate how AI is used in your engineering workflowsÂ
- Share patterns and best practices with the teamÂ
- Partner with product, UX, and platform teams to deliver cohesive experiences.Â
Â
What You’ll Need:Â
- 5-7 years building agentic AI systems in production, or equivalent experience designing, shipping, and operating scalable, production-grade software (APIs, platforms, workflow engines, or customer-facing applications)Â
- Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) and PythonÂ
- Experience with Gemini Enterprise, or similar conversational AI platformsÂ
- Spec-driven development with AI integrated into the development lifecycleÂ
- Strong prompt engineering skills, including evaluation, iteration, and loggingÂ
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding across multiple features or defects in parallelÂ
- Familiarity with AgentOps and production monitoring for agent-based systemsÂ
- Experience with LLM-as-a-Judge or comparable evaluation techniquesÂ
- Proven ability to design agent-to-agent, agent-to-UI, and human–AI collaboration patternsÂ
- Soft Skills:Â Curiosity to explore emerging AI capabilities, critical thinking to assess AI outputs, and adaptability in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsÂ
