Our need is for an in-person candidate seeking full time status.   Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior office or clerical experience is preferred, along with familiarity with medical offices. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office setting and support daily operations seamlessly.   Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments for patients Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Support administrative functions including email correspondence, customer support, and general clerical duties Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and personalized assistance This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, organization, and excellent communication are valued.
