We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced In‑Home Sales Consultant to guide families in selecting the right in‑home care solutions for their loved ones.

What You’ll Do

As an In‑Home Sales Consultant, you will:

• Conduct in‑home consultations with clients and their families
• Assess care needs and recommend appropriate home care services
• Educate families on service options, pricing, and customized care plans
• Present proposals clearly, compassionately, and professionally
• Build trust‑based relationships rooted in integrity and empathy
• Convert qualified leads into active clients while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with care coordinators and operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up consistently
• Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven in‑home sales experience (home care, healthcare, or service‑based sales preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills
• Compassionate, consultative, client‑first sales approach
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow‑through
• Self‑directed with the ability to manage a multi‑county territory
• Flexibility to meet families during evenings or weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
