Christian Home Services is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties find the comfort solutions that best fit their needs. What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
• Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to each customer's home and budget
• Build rapport and establish trust through a professional consultative sales approach
• Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing
• Follow up on estimates and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience is required
• HVAC sales experience preferred, but strong in-home sales professionals from home improvement, roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, or similar industries are encouraged to apply
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
