HVAC Warehouse Associate

Overview

Christian Home Services is a leading residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company proudly serving homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and field technicians.

This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping our technicians and installers equipped with the materials they need to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, and organize HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and materials
• Deliver parts, tools, and supplies to service technicians and installers in the field
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
• Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installations
• Track inventory and materials using company software
• Coordinate material requests and replenishment needs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries
• Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments with warehouse operations
• Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience working for an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor is a plus
• Experience using ServiceTitan and/or PLY software is highly preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
