We are looking for a dependable Lawn Fertilizer Spray Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants a stable career path in the green industry.

Responsibilities

Apply lawn fertilizer, weed control, and liquid treatments according to WeedX programs
Safely operate ride-on and skid sprayers
Accurately identify common weeds, turf types, and lawn conditions
Follow all label instructions, safety protocols, and state regulations
Communicate professionally with customers at their properties
Document applications, notes, and service details accurately
Maintain equipment, trucks, and daily route organization
Represent WeedX Fertilizing in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications

Lawn care or fertilizer application experience preferred (training available)
Must have state pesticide applicator license
5+ years of experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
