Lawn Care Technician (West Chester, PA) 

Position Overview 

Ned’s Pest and Lawn is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our field operations team. This position focuses on providing high-quality lawn treatment services while delivering a positive customer experience at each property.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and want to grow within a stable service company. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Evaluate lawns for weeds, insects, disease, and overall turf health 

• Perform fertilization and weed control applications 

• Provide aeration and seeding services seasonally 

• Follow application labels, safety procedures, and company standards 

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers 

• Maintain accurate service records 

• Operate and care for company equipment and vehicle 

• Work efficiently to complete scheduled route daily 

Requirements 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Ability to walk long distances and handle application equipment 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Dependable and punctual 

• Good communication skills with customers and team members 

• Prior lawn care or pest control experience preferred but not required 

Work Schedule 

• Overtime available during peak season 

• Occasional weekends during heavy service periods
