Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • Supporting QVC, you will manage general ledger accounting processes for cash, prepaids and the procure to pay processes (P2P) ensuring transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policy. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables, while helping maintain strong financial controls and reporting integrity. This position partners cross-functionally with finance and business teams to analyze account activity, resolve variances, and support reporting requirements related to cash, prepaids and the procure to pay (P2P) processes. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Accounting and contributes to continuous process improvement, accuracy, and efficiency across accounting operations.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of three across the US and Poland shared services center, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Own general ledger accounting operations related to cash reporting, prepaids, and procure-to-pay.
  • Oversee month-end close to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Partner with Treasury and cross-functional stakeholders to determine accounting treatment for business activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain internal controls through SOX documentation, certification support, and coordination with Internal Audit and Internal Controls.
  • Support internal and external audits through documentation preparation and auditor coordination.
  • Manage operations and compliance to meet deadlines and uphold US GAAP, company policies, and internal standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior management experience required.
  • 5+ years experience leading revenue accounting, cash reporting and bank reconciliations.
  • 5+ years experience applying US GAAP principles and maintaining SOX compliant controls in a corporate accounting environment.
  • 5+ years experience serving as the primary accounting partner for Finance, Treasury or Audit to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
