Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Operations Business Analyst supports QVC and leads complex enterprise-level analysis, develops executive-ready insights and tools, drives cross-functional projects, and mentors analysts across all levels.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business optimization across Supply Chain and Operations by applying advanced modelling and machine learning to improve forecasting, inventory placement and fulfilment center product flow.

  • Analyse highly complex business problems involving multiple systems, new technologies, significant business impact, risk and competing stakeholder needs.

  • Develop predictive and prescriptive reports, metrics and analytical tools to improve decision-making across hourly, daily, weekly and monthly business performance.

  • Automate critical reporting and design tools that analyse historical data and market trends to support financial transactions, inventory management, capacity planning and forecasting.

  • Partner cross-functionally across programmes, processes, technologies and stakeholder groups to identify innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality and speed.

  • Support senior leaders by influencing strategic decisions, assessing and mitigating risk, recommending new tools or methodologies, and coaching other Business Analysts as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s or University Degree Bachelor’s in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.

  • Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.

  • Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.

  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
