What Will You Be Doing?

路 Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and updating customer records.

路 Greet prospective buyers and guide them through the discovery and sales process.

路 Help answer questions about communities, floor plans, and options.

路 Learn and utilize the CRM system to input leads, track traffic, and update customer information.

路 Conduct market research to understand buyer preferences and competitive communities.

路 Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and community events.

路 Guide prospective buyers through our Design Center during Design Center Preview Hours.

路 Shadow Sales Managers and learn best practices for relationship building, negotiation, and facilitating and exceptional customer experience.

What Will You Bring?
