Reporting to the Manager of Testing and Analytics, the Sr A/B Testing Analyst plays an essential role in ensuring that our business can measure the incremental benefit of strategies across eCommerce, marketing, broadcast and beyond. You will oversee all phases of A/B and model-measured test design, data engineering, and statistical analysis. This is a hybrid position based in West Chester, PA. The Sr. A/B Testing Analyst generates and evaluates test designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility. You will work with internal partners and external vendors to identify best practices in setup, measurement, and data sharing. Produce and evaluate test designs. Partner with vendors to implement best practices. Maintain an in-house SAS-based test-reporting suite. Produce custom statistical reporting. Partner with the digital platform testing teams and the business. Participate in non-testing-related data engineering, analysis and modeling. Requirements include 2+ years experience in statistical programming in SAS and R, Python; 2+ years experience in data integration with SQL; knowledge of statistics, probability, econometrics and test design; experience distilling and presenting complex concepts to business audiences; 2+ years experience using web analytics programs such as Adobe (preferred) or Google Analytics; 2+ years experience using A/B and Multivariate testing tools; experience at a B2C e-commerce company. Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
