Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Sr Business Analyst, Digital Commerce supports QVC, and helps turn digital performance data into insight, action, and growth across the retail site.

In this role, you'll help leaders understand how the digital business is performing at the item, brand, category, and site level. You'll own recurring business reporting, analyze trends across key performance indicators, and turn complex signals into clear recommendations. Your work will directly support growth planning, promotional readiness, forecasting, and performance management.

You'll be part of the Analyst group within Digital Commerce under the Growth workstream, partnering closely with teams across merchandising, planning, commercialization, digital, and leadership.

 

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting tied to digital performance, item productivity, and retail site growth

  • Analyze KPIs and business trends to identify risks, gaps, opportunities, and recommended actions

  • Evaluate performance across key business drivers including SKU and brand counts, in-stock and out-of-stock trends, key item performance, inventory, and category or brand health

  • Prepare performance updates, leadership summaries, and insights for cross-functional partners and business forums

  • Support forecasting, quarterly strategy, promotional readiness, and reporting improvements through data-driven analysis and cross-functional partnership

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in merchandising, digital commerce, supply chain, planning, or business and financial analysis

  • Experience with retail and digital business drivers, including assortment, inventory, promotions, customer demand, and site performance

  • Experience analyzing KPIs, trends, and performance data to develop clear, practical recommendations

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with SQL and data visualization skills a plus

  • Understanding of retail math, OTB, and statistics.
