The role: 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will help drive our goals by: 

• Leading day-to-day materials handling and logistics operations within the PMM department, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of all activities. 

• Planning, prioritizing and assigning daily workloads to meet operational capacity, customer commitments and OTIF targets. 

• Overseeing the secure handling, storage, movement and documentation of precious metals in line with JM, divisional and group policies. 

• Monitoring quality and compliance, investigating non-conformances and ensuring all work is completed to defined standards and procedures. 

• Supporting equipment reliability through inspections, basic maintenance and coordination of preventative or corrective maintenance. 

• Coaching, training and developing team members, including performance management, timekeeping and PTO administration. 

 

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

• Vocational education with 3+ years of relevant materials handling, logistics or warehouse experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities. 

• Strong working knowledge of EH&S requirements, safe material handling practices and quality systems. 

• Experience coordinating daily operations, prioritizing workloads and meeting delivery commitments. 

• Confident communicator able to work effectively with operational teams, commercial partners and internal stakeholders. 

• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office to record transactions, reports and operational data. 

• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams while modeling JM values and behaviors.
