As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to concerns with a customer-first approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and check credentials as required; assist with visitor management, deliveries, and contractor entry in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, alarms, and/or property concerns, and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete required reports and shift documentation, including incident reports, patrol logs, and observations; communicate key updates to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
