Customer Service Logistics Coordinator 

Location: Devon, PA or West Chester, PA

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. 

The role: 

As a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: 

  • Planning and processing outbound shipments from the United States, ensuring all documentation and quotations meet regulatory and trade compliance requirements. 

  • Coordinating order-to-shipment execution, including shipment scheduling and alignment with customer delivery requirements. 

  • Reviewing demand variances and ensuring accurate demand signals are reflected in ERP/MRP systems. 

  • Partnering with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Project Management and Commercial teams to support customer commitments. 

  • Monitoring on-time delivery performance, analysing delays, identifying root causes and escalating risks where required. 

  • Acting as a logistics advisor on customs, incoterms and route changes, ensuring compliant outbound finished goods movements. 

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. 

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations with working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. 

  • Understanding of import/export regulations, customs processes and global trade compliance. 

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. 

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions.
