Job Description

This role offers a range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

This is a second shift position with working hours from 2pm-10:30pm.  Must be able to train on first shift for a minimum of 90 days hours are 6am-2:30pm.

We are seeking a 2nd shift Press Out Operator to work with us. We have a very competitive starting pay plus a shift differential. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you. The person in this role will tend Press out equipment in a safe and efficient manner to package high-quality printing ink by performing any or all of these duties as directed. As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for:

• Following batch instructions for weighing batches accurately 
• Understanding proper procedures
• Monitoring temperature and adjust as needed
• Following procedures for Pressing out inks, and adjusting pump speeds
• Making QC adjustments as instructed
• Following procedures for labeling and packaging finished inks product
• Operating a forklift

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Work with R&D and Production Managers and use quantitative and qualitative research skills to assess new product success outcome and make recommendations for process improvements
• Have a High school diploma or (GED) desired; or 1-3 months related experience
• Possess good math and basic computer skills
• Have attention to detail
• Be reliable to work assigned shift
• Be flexible to work overtime as required
• Work side-by-side with the scheduling team, Quality Coordinator, and Preventative Maintenance team. Able to ensure that all products and services contribute to sustainability and greater good of the company
• Demonstrate exceptional attendance
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
• Pump filter industry background
• Two or more years of related manufacturing experience
• A strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background
• Forklift experience
