  • Monitor productivity, order accuracy, labor utilization, damage, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and proper material-handling procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections and immediately address unsafe conditions or behaviors.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.
  • Communicate important operational issues, staffing concerns, and accomplishments to management and the incoming shift.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Manager or Operations Manager.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions independently during an overnight shift.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
  • Forklift/powered industrial truck experience is a benefit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when business needs require.

Schedule - Third Shift / Overnight 11 PM - 7:30 AM
