Job DetailsJob Location: West Concord, MN 55985Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Shift: FirstPrinsco is looking for a Yard Worker to join our team. This role supports daily yard operations by safely loading, unloading, and organizing products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. What You Will Do Safely load and unload product shipments Operate forklift and yard equipment to move finished goods Assist with shipping and receiving activities Maintain an organized yard and accurate inventory storage Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues Verify customer and vendor loads for accuracy Follow all safety procedures and company work practices Provide prompt and courteous service to customers QualificationsWhat You Need High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or outdoor work experience helpful Ability to operate or learn forklift operation Valid driver’s license Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and higher weights occasionally Ability to bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift Why Join Prinsco At Prinsco, we value hard work, relationships, and integrity.
