Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst

We are currently seeking an Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As Healthcare Quality Improvement Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.


What you will be doing

  • Conducting outcomes research studies and analyses.

  • Conducts appropriate literature searches,  review of literature and data extraction under direction of senior staff ​

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement outcomes research protocols.

  • Examining outcomes data to identify trends, patterns, and impacts on patient outcomes.

  • Contributing to the development of evidence-based strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care.

  • Communicating findings through reports, presentations, and publications.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Medical Education, or a related field.

  • Master's or doctoral degree preferred..

  • Proficiency in literature search strategies using databases such as PubMed/Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar.

  • Conducts internet research to gather, analyze, and summarize appropriate information for incorporation into various documents

  • Conducts and assists with data collection, including conducting interviews and co-moderating focus groups

  • Experience in outcomes research, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis.
