Outcomes Specialist

KenCrest is seeking Outcomes Specialists to support our individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD).

Our team of Outcomes Specialists ensure that each individual we support is afforded the same rights and respected in the same manner as ourselves. It is the expectation that this position will represent, advocate and pursue the dreams of the individual, making their voice the loudest heard.

As an Outcome Specialist, you are entrusted with ensuring involvement and choice of the individuals you serve as it pertains to their life decisions, advocating for their rights, overseeing the coordination of services, and offering other supports as needed to promote health, wellness, and happiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Experience working in case management (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
  • Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements

We are requiring all new team members to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine*, except where a reasonable medical or religious accommodation can be granted. Should you be offered and accept a position with KenCrest, you will be required to provide your proof of vaccination in the form of your CDC vaccination card as part of the pre-employment onboarding process.
