Project Coordinator (Process & Systems)

As a Project Coordinator II at ICON, you will support the successful execution of projects by managing schedules, maintaining project documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for technical writing and documentation deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of project tasks.

  • Supporting project managers by maintaining and updating project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely access to records.

  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide status updates, gather information, and ensure alignment on project objectives.

  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables, reporting potential delays or risks to the project manager for resolution.

  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant technical writing and documentation experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project coordination is acceptable.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to supporting successful project execution and delivery.
