Job Title: Hematology Lab Supervisor
Location: DeLand, FL
Onsite
Schedule: Tue–Fri, 9 AM–7 PM + rotating Saturdays (every 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise hematology lab workflow and ensure timely, accurate results
Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and improve processes
Support staff training, competency, and development
Manage hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and team issues
Maintain staffing coverage and assist on bench when needed
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality programs (CAP, TAT, etc.)
Collaborate on SOPs, training, and process improvements

Requirements

6–8 years experience as Medical Technologist/Supervisor
Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
Florida Supervisor License – Hematology
Certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent)
