HomeView of West Des Moines is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our winning team. Join a group of professionals, earn competitive income, and make a positive impact by helping homeowners improve their homes.

General Purpose

Strong customer service skills are a must. You will contact homeowners by phone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertisements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
  • Adjust messaging based on customer needs
  • Handle questions and overcome objections
  • Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone, etc.)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Input and manage appointment details in the system
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads
  • Coordinate appointments for sales representatives
  • Conduct quality control calls
  • Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
  • Update lead reports and tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or call center roles preferred
  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM systems
  • Product knowledge will be provided through training
