How you'll make an impact
As a Inside Sales Associate you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Working closely with our Producers, you’ll be the engine behind identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and setting the stage for impactful client connections. This is your chance to grow your career in the insurance brokerage industry while sharpening your telemarketing skills and making a real difference.

- Be the Connector:Â Collaborate with Producers to identify prospective clients and uncover new business opportunities.
- Drive Engagement:Â Follow up on sales calls to nurture leads and keep the conversation going.
- Stay Organized:Â Maintain and update a prospect database to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Set the Stage:Â Secure appointments for Producers with potential clients, paving the way for successful partnerships.
- Support Success:Â Provide Producers with the sales support they need to close deals and grow the business.
- Learn and Grow: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and the insurance brokerage industry while honing your telemarketing expertise.
About You
Required: High school diploma and 2 years experience required. Telemarketing Specialists/Lead Generators have good working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
