Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive mental health care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Utilize evidence-based practices and ensure care aligns with ethical, cultural, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with families and professionals to support patient treatment goals and ensure patient safety.

Clinical Care
Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; diagnose per DSM standards.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention.
Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed.
Engage collateral sources (family, friends, agencies) to support treatment.
Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care.
May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical/mental health focus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
One year of experience with the site’s specific population preferred.
Licensure:
Iowa: LISW, LMFT, LMHC
Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC
