As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide in-home evaluations, treatments, and education to help patients improve their ability to safely and independently perform daily activities. You will work closely with nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
