Job Summary

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

At Cambridge, we don’t just build technology - we empower financial professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients. We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Salesforce Developer to develop and deliver secure Salesforce solutions.

As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will:

  • Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies.

  • Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions.

  • Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired.

  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
