We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player
We are seeking a highly talented Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Tractor Zoom. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development and architecture of a world-class, scalable solution tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers. You will help accelerate the development of our products, strengthen our process and grow our engineering culture. As an employee at our early-stage data and technology company, you will have a deep impact in the success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- #1 Priority – build great software that our customers and users will enjoy.
- Design and develop our Sales Platform and Integration solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on our solution architecture and development roadmap.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of user data.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-4 years of overall software development experience.
- Experience in one or more OOP languages such as : TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, Apex, or Python.
- Ability to quickly write reliable, clean and testable code
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies
- Good communication skills and a team mentality
- Desired Experience:
- JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, etc.
- CI/CD solutions (Github Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins etc.)
- SQL and Data modeling
- API and ETL integrations
- AWS and serverless event-driven architecture
- Salesforce Platform, particularly developing managed packages as a part of the ISV Partner Program
