Overview

The Titan Machinery Marketing Internship will provide individuals with the opportunity to work within our dynamic Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in brand promotion, digital marketing, event coordination, and content creation, all within a fast-paced, customer-focused business environment. The Marketing Intern will work closely with team members to support campaigns and initiatives that enhance Titan’s visibility, engage customers, and drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to support brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage social media content calendars, monitor platform engagement, and provide recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, website content, and promotional signage to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with logistics planning and execution for marketing events such as trade shows, customer appreciation events, and product demonstrations.
  • Website Support: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of website content and landing pages to reflect current promotions, messaging, and initiatives.
  • Brand Asset Management: Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure consistent use of brand standards across all materials and platforms.
  • Promotional Listings: Support the preparation and coordination of weekly dealership inventory promotions, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including HR, Parts, Service, and Sales to execute monthly campaigns aligned with business goals and brand strategy.
  • Promotional Material Fulfillment: Manage the process for ordering and distributing branded promotional materials for various product lines and services, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines during daily work activities.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other marketing support tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field AND have less than 50% of your academic career remaining by the start of the internship program
  • Must be able to regularly and reliably attend work on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours
  • Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
