Position Title: Production Assembler

Position Summary
The Production Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components according to company specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This position requires the ability to use basic hand and power tools, follow assembly instructions, and perform routine mechanical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble products, parts, and components according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting as needed during the assembly process.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and production guidelines.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and the repair of hydraulic systems.
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical concepts.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform simple equipment or assembly adjustments.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up 25lbs. regularly.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions using hands and arms.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and production facility environment.
- Exposure to machinery, moving parts, and varying temperatures.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
