As an Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.Â

A Day in the LifeÂ
- Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members. Â
- As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.Â
- Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.Â
- You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.Â
- Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.Â
- Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.Â
RequirementsÂ
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.Â
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).Â
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.Â
